Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
• The competition is open to registered attendees of Advanced Therapies Europe 2026 who are aged 18 or over.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• To enter, participants must submit their answer and the required contact details using the competition form.
• The competition closes at 4 PM on Tuesday, 8 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
• One winner will be selected from the eligible entries that correctly answer the competition question. If multiple correct entries are received, the winner will be selected at random.
• The winner will receive one pair of blue Sony WH-1000XM6 noise-cancelling headphones. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The winner will be announced at the exhibition drinks at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, 8 September 2026 and may also be contacted using the details provided when entering.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within a reasonable period, the organisers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
• The organisers reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where circumstances outside their reasonable control make this necessary.
• Personal information submitted as part of the competition will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the relevant privacy policies.
