Next gen tools for cell therapy manufacturing: Addressing key reagent challenges

Manufacturing cell therapies remains a bottleneck for commercial success due to process complexity and too much “hands-on” time. In order to improve, cell therapy manufactures need innovative reagent solutions that help to streamline manufacturing processes and reduce cost, complexity, and risk. In this presentation, we will discuss how Bio-Techne is working to address these issues with ProPaks™, delivering GMP cytokines in closed format, and through AI-engineered proteins meant to address cold-chain logistics and cytokine stability. We will show how ProPaks can eliminate the need for reconstitution and aliquoting of cytokines to reduce hands-on time, and how heat-stable IL-2 can open up new possibilities from both a performance and logistics perspective addressing key challenges facing cell therapy manufacturers.
