It’s the chicken-and-egg problem no one wants to talk about: biotechs can’t grow without facilities, and developers won’t build without tenants.

This talk dives into why infrastructure shapes community, investment, and commercial success, and what it will take to build the flexible, future-ready facilities the ATMP sector desperately needs.
