Phacilitate Advanced Therapies Week packs four days of content, partnering and networking into one week. The people who get the most from it arrive knowing exactly what they want to leave with. So before anything else, get specific. Your answers to the questions below will shape every decision that follows, from which sessions you attend to who you meet and how you spend your time.

Get Onboarded

As soon as your sponsorship for Phacilitate Advanced Therapies Week is confirmed, you will receive a series of onboarding communications, including your login details for the eZone. Your single most important first action is completing your company profile there.

Complete Your Profile in the eZone

All sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for creating and updating their own company profile in the eZone. Our team cannot do this on your behalf, so please make sure someone on your team owns it.

  1. Log in to the eZone using the details in your onboarding email.
  2. Select 'My Profile'.
  3. Add or update your company details (see below) and save your changes.

Once your profile is complete, we have everything we need to get your brand live on the Phacilitate Advanced Therapies Week website, typically within a few business days. From that moment, your passive promotion begins. Your logo will be included across exhibitor carousels, pre-show communications, and partner-facing content throughout the build-up to the event.

What to add under 'My Profile':

  • Company logo at high resolution
  • Booth name and company description
  • Key products and services
  • Names and email addresses of all team members who should receive organizer communications
Important

Do not delay. Your brand cannot appear in pre-show promotional content until your eZone profile is complete. The sooner it is updated, the sooner your passive promotion starts working for you.

Phacilitate Advanced Therapies Week 2027 goes well beyond the San Diego Convention Center. The week opens with a full Launch Day at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront on Monday, followed by three packed conference days, early-morning runs, a festival and plenty more. Here's everything that's happening, in order.
