Why Attend Advanced Therapies Week 2026 | For Biotech Leaders, Investors & Academics

Participation is open to confirmed speakers, exhibitors, partners, and registered attendees of Advanced Therapies Week 2026.
Participants must be aged 18 or over.
Employees of Phacilitate, Clarion Events Ltd, or any associated agencies are not eligible to win prizes.

Each participant will receive a unique referral link. All registrations must be completed through this link to count towards totals.
Only new registrations made via the referral link will be counted. Registrations from within your own company or organisation will not qualify.
Phacilitate will track and verify referrals internally. Totals will be updated periodically and shared with participants.
Phacilitate’s decision on referral totals and prize allocation is final.

The Top Connector 2026 title will be awarded to the speaker who achieves the highest number of eligible registrations through their unique referral link, provided they have achieved a minimum of 10 qualifying registrations.
The winner will receive:
- A filmed spotlight interview at the event on a topic of their choosing, fully produced and edited by the Phacilitate team.
- A feature article published across Phacilitate channels.
- A $1,000 (USD) donation made in their name to a registered patient charity of their choice.
The selected charity must be a registered charity and align with Phacilitate’s values. Phacilitate reserves the right to refuse a nominated charity if it is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with our principles.
Any speaker achieving three or more qualifying registrations will receive a complimentary professional headshot at the event.
The winner will be announced on Day 1 of Advanced Therapies Week 2026 (9 February 2026) and contacted via email for confirmation.

Exhibitors and partners will earn marketing exposure rewards based on the number of eligible registrations made through their referral link.
Rewards are as follows:
- 5+ registrations – Email and web/app banner feature
- 10+ registrations – Dedicated e-blast and priority banners
- 20+ registrations – Social media takeover and filmed onsite interview
Phacilitate reserves the right to review and edit all copy, creative, and imagery submitted by exhibitors and partners for use in marketing placements to ensure alignment with company values, tone, and brand guidelines.
Any materials deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with Phacilitate’s ethos may be refused or amended at Phacilitate’s discretion.
Registrations generated internally (i.e. from within the participant’s own organisation or affiliated entities) will not count towards totals.
Rewards will be confirmed and fulfilled once the stated milestones have been achieved. Participants will receive regular updates on referral performance.

Registered attendees who share their referral link will automatically be entered into a $350 Amazon voucher draw.
Each new registration completed through an attendee’s referral link counts as one entry into the draw.
The winner will be selected at random and announced on Day 1 of Advanced Therapies Week 2026 (9 February 2026).
The winner will be contacted via email to confirm their prize. If no response is received within 14 days, Phacilitate reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative, unless otherwise stated.
Phacilitate reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
Travel, accommodation, and other incidental costs are not included unless expressly stated.

Phacilitate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any referral competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
Phacilitate’s decision on all matters relating to these competitions is final and binding.
By taking part, participants agree to allow Phacilitate to reference their name, company, or image in post-event communications and promotional materials.
Personal data collected in connection with the referral competitions will be processed in accordance with Phacilitate’s Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
