One of the key highlights of ADVA Select is its compatibility with commercially available sterile blood or culture bags, tubing, and connectors. This feature makes it adaptable and convenient for use in existing workflows, minimizing disruptions while maintaining sterility. The ADVA Select Magnet is engineered for precision and reliability, ensuring efficient T-cell isolation in both research and clinical settings. Additionally, ADVA Select works with any commercial magnetic beads larger than 150 nm in diameter and performs exceptionally well with Dynabeads™ commercial beads.

The ADVA Select device is connected to the ADVA X3 bioreactor via a USB cable and is fully controlled through the ADVA X3 interface and software, creating a seamless and integrated workflow for cell isolation and expansion.

The single-use kit provided with ADVA Select includes easy-to-use connectors that eliminate the need for tubing welding and reduce confusion during setup. These connectors are FDA-approved and specifically designed to be compatible with the ADVA X3 single-use kit, ensuring a secure and efficient workflow.
