The Blood and Cells Advocacy Roster (BCAR) is a new industry advocacy group formed in 2024 to promote the importance of blood and cell therapies and improve patient access to these life-saving treatments. BCAR acts as a think-tank and speaker advocacy group, uniting blood collection networks, technology providers, and biotherapy communities to address challenges in the development and commercial availability of advanced therapies like cell and gene therapies.
