That combination is already producing results — KFSHRC reports more than 200 patients treated with CAR-T since 2020, and the SFDA has approved the first advanced-therapy study developed inside the Kingdom. The SFDA is building a more explicit regulatory pathway for cell and gene therapies and clinical research, and national data platforms and integrated healthcare delivery are being developed alongside it.
