Michael E. Meyers is the Vice Chairman and Head of M&A and Strategic Advisory Services at H.C. Wainwright & Co, with almost 30 years of experience in public health, investment banking, venture capital, asset management, and healthcare operations. Throughout his career, Mr. Meyers has advised on approximately $150 billion worth of strategic and financial transactions. Before joining H.C. Wainwright & Co, he served as the Head of Investment Banking at T.R. Winston & Company, CEO and CIO of Arcoda Capital Management, Partner and Portfolio Manager at two asset management firms, Managing Director, Partner and Member of the Board at Global Biomedical Partners AG, a life sciences venture capital firm, and Vice President of Health Care Investment Banking at Cowen & Company. Mr. Meyers is also on the Board of Trustees of the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and the University of Southern California’s Board of Councilors for the Stevens Center for Innovation and School of Dramatic Arts. He holds an M.P.H. in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University and an A.B. in Biology from Brandeis University.
