Ali Soleymannezhad is Chief Commercial Officer of Cellares. He brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling global commercial organizations around advanced life-science platforms. Prior to Cellares, Ali served as Chief Commercial Officer at MaxCyte (NASDAQ: MXCT), where he led commercial strategy and execution across worldwide sales, business development and licensing, strategic marketing, product management, and field applications. In this role, he expanded adoption across the United States, Europe, and Asia and secured enterprise and partner agreements with leading biotech companies. Previously, Ali was Executive Vice President and a Board Member at Tosoh Bioscience, a division of Tosoh Corporation (TSE: 4042), where he led global strategy and P&L, built high-performing commercial teams, and negotiated multi-year supply agreements with major biopharma partners. Recognized for platform commercialization and complex deal-making, Ali has led go-to-market initiatives that introduced market-changing, award-winning tools and platforms to the biotechnology industry. He holds an MBA from Rice University and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Chemical & Biochemical Engineering from Western University.
