Andy has held different roles in Genentech's Pharma Technical Operation, responsible for early development to commercial launch of multiple products including antibodies, antibody drug conjugate and devices.  He is currently the head of Cell Therapy Development responsible for process, analytical, formulation, analytical development and quality control. Prior to Genentech, Andy worked at Cell Genesys Inc., Chiron Corp and was a founding member of Adicet Bio. He received his Ph.D from Northwestern University and B.S. from the University of California Berkeley, both in Chemical Engineering.
