Bella Neufeld, Vice President of Operations at Teknova, oversees manufacturing across the company’s full portfolio of research- and GMP‑grade reagents. Previously serving as Director of Research and Development and Scientific Director, she led the creation of Teknova’s first internal R&D team, launched the company's first proprietary product line — AAV‑Tek™ Solutions — to support emerging gene therapy development, and drove rapid development efforts during Covid-19 which included the introduction of a novel transport media. With a PhD in Chemistry from Colorado State University, Bella has built and managed multiple research laboratories, expanded scientific capabilities across the organization, and continues to present and publish her work across numerous industry events and publications.
