Byron Neal is the Head of U.S. Customer Experience and Patient Services at Kite Pharma, a role he has held since 2022. In this capacity, Byron leads a broad team spanning field reimbursement, patient services, trade and distribution, cell order operations, and digital platforms.

Byron brings eight years of direct cell and gene therapy experience, having previously held leadership roles at bluebird bio, where he supported ultra-rare and oncology launches. Earlier in his career, he worked at CVS Health and Eli Lilly, building a strong foundation in market access and sales.

He holds an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
