Dr. Gina Jiang is a physician-scientist, biomanufacturing leader, and MedTech entrepreneur bridging clinical rigor, emerging tech, and regulatory execution. Educated and trained at the University of Toronto, Peking University, Stanford, and the NIH, she brings deep multi-disciplinary expertise to cellular therapeutics.

As Managing Director of the Hong Kong Institute of Biotechnology (HKIB), Dr. Jiang established Hong Kong’s first PIC/S GMP-certified Advanced Therapy Products facility—enabling clinical-grade CAR-T releases for trials. Her core strength lies in translating lab breakthroughs into compliant delivery to make life-saving therapeutics safer, faster, and globally accessible.
