Dr. Jennifer MacDonald, MD, is Chief Operating Officer of ARMI | BioFabUSA, a national public–private partnership advancing scalable manufacturing for regenerative medicine. A physician executive and U.S. Army veteran, she brings deep experience leading large, cross-sector transformations across government, industry, and healthcare systems. Prior to ARMI, she held senior federal leadership roles, driving enterprise-scale operational change, infrastructure strategy, and innovation adoption across complex regulatory environments. Dr. MacDonald completed her Family Medicine residency at UCLA and earned her MD from the University of Minnesota.
