Kat Kozyrytska - Cell Therapy Manufacturability Program

Kat Kozyrytska

Founder, Cell Therapy Manufacturability Program
Kat is passionate about making therapies personalized and accessible to more patients faster. During this critical time in CGT, collaborative approaches across the sector can accelerate innovation and reduce costs, as collaboration has done in other modalities and other sectors, by unlocking large data sets. Given the power of AI to uncover correlations in these data sets, balancing insights and confidentiality is key to protect biotech/pharma, patients, and donors, both with data infrastructure and Responsible AI practices. Kat is working to put the framework in place to implement confidentiality, accountability, integrity, compliance, and competence in the models. Kat obtained her Bachelor's degree from MIT, did her graduate work at Stanford, commercialized technology innovation across modalities at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Sartorius, and others for over 10 years, and helps companies bring their innovative technologies to market.
