Leila Abbas is Preclinical Lead at Rinri Therapeutics, a clinical-stage company pioneering first-in-class cell therapies for hearing loss. She has made the journey from academic lab to spin-out, working in the field of auditory development and restoration for over two decades. She works on the preclinical programmes with internal and external partners.
