Lucy Foley is CEO of eXmoor Pharma, a UK-based cell and gene therapy CDMO with integrated consultancy expertise. She leads the company’s strategy and operations, overseeing consultancy, process development and GMP manufacturing.

Previously, Lucy held senior leadership roles at CPI, including Director of Biologics and COVID Response, where she contributed to the UK’s pandemic response and the establishment of the UK RNA Centre of Excellence. She serves as Vice Chair of the BIA Manufacturing Advisory Committee and is a founding member of the Advanced Therapy Medicinal Manufacturing Community.
