Noah Davidsohn

CSO and Co-founder, Rejuvenate Bio
Dr. Noah Davidsohn is the Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) of Rejuvenate Bio, a pioneering gene therapy company focused on developing novel, system-wide therapies for chronic age-related disorders. An expert in translating age-reversal research, Dr. Davidsohn utilizes cutting-edge technologies like recombinant DNA, genetic therapies, and viral vector production to extend the healthspan of both animals and humans. Rejuvenate Bio was launched out of the George Church lab at Harvard Medical School and the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering, and their core approach involves a multi-gene therapy strategy to target the underlying root cause of multiple age-related conditions simultaneously. His groundbreaking research, which includes using gene therapy-mediated partial reprogramming (Yamanaka factors), has demonstrated the ability to significantly extend the remaining lifespan of extremely old mice and reverse age-related changes in tissues. The company is actively bridging the animal and human health markets, having successfully targeted canine heart disease while progressing toward human clinical trials for complex conditions like heart failure, kidney failure, and type II diabetes. Dr. Davidsohn received his PhD in Biological Engineering (Synthetic Biology) from MIT, where he focused on designing predictable mammalian-based DNA circuits. He also holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and an undergraduate degree in Applied Physics from Caltech. His deep background in synthetic biology and postdoctoral research at Harvard, which included early work with the CRISPR-Cas9 system, underpins his decade-plus of experience in translating research.
