Sarah brings over 20 years of experience in process development, CMC strategy, and organizational leadership across the UK, USA, Denmark, and Sweden. Her career has focused on translating innovative advanced therapy concepts into scalable, GMP-ready manufacturing solutions.
Most recently, Sarah served as Chief Technology Officer at CCRM Nordic, where she oversaw process and analytical development, integrated CMC strategy across programs, and guided the design of new GMP manufacturing facilities. Her previous roles include senior positions at Novo Nordisk and the Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult, as well as advisory work with emerging biotech companies.
She holds a BSc in Biology and has contributed to multiple industry collaborations focused on next-generation manufacturing platforms for cell and gene therapies.
