Sophie He, PhD, CFA, FRM, is Vice President of Cell Therapy and Head of M&A and Partnering at Bracco Group, where she leads the cell therapy division while driving strategic acquisitions and partnerships to build and scale cell therapy and other advanced therapy platforms globally. She also serves on the board of a radiopharmaceutical company. Her career spans banking, consulting, and global pharma—including Sanofi—with a multi-billion-dollar track record in M&A, fundraising, and spinoffs. She holds a PhD in Computational and Systems Biology from MIT and the National University of Singapore.
