Dr. Steven Oh is Director of the Office of Cellular Therapy and Human Tissue (OCTHT) at FDA's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), where he leads product quality reviews, policy development, and regulatory science research spanning cellular therapy, tissue engineering, and xenotransplantation. He also directs CBER's regulatory bioinformatics and AI group. With nearly two decades of progressive FDA leadership, Dr. Oh's expertise spans regenerative medicine, genome editing, individualized therapies, and global regulatory convergence. He previously served on the faculty at Tufts University School of Medicine and trained at the University of Michigan, Johns Hopkins, and MIT.
