Thomas Denèfle is the Head of Product Management at Astraveus, where he drives both strategic product development and cross-functional coordination to prepare the commercial launch of Lakhesys™, the company’s revolutionary microfluidic-based platform for CAR T cell manufacturing. His mission is to align product design with customers needs, ensuring a strong product-market fit. Thomas leads four key pillars: market analysis, portfolio definition, user adoption, and external communication. From identifying target customer personas across CDMOs, biopharma, hospitals, and academia, to shaping product roadmaps and pricing strategies, Thomas plays a pivotal role in commercial readiness. He also supports business development by securing early partners for external testing and manages Astraveus’ visibility through PR, digital channels, and key industry events. With a deep understanding of the cell manufacturing ecosystem, Thomas ensures that user insights directly inform development, helping Lakhesys™ meet real-world needs and drive broad adoption.
