Yan Li is the Senior Director of Process Development at Cabaletta Bio, with extensive experience across cell therapy manufacturing, process development, supply chain, and regulatory strategy. She has led cross‑functional teams in advancing next‑generation technologies that strengthen process robustness, lower COGS, and expand patient access to engineered T‑cell therapies. Most recently, she led the transfer of Cabaletta’s commercial process onto the Cellares fully automated Cell Shuttle platform which is a milestone achievement to enable First‑in‑Human clinical studies.
