Kim is responsible for the strategy and future direction of Phacilitate Whilst leading the team through times of change and innovation. Her passion for connecting the cell and gene therapy field shines through and it is this passion that drives Phacilitate forward. Kim spends most of her spare time in the yoga studio, is a foodie, loves to learn about psychology, and has a house bunny called Benji.
