Catering

Children
During build-up, open days and breakdown, children under 16 are strictly forbidden to be at the event. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Damage & Loss
Neither the organisers or the venue accept any responsibility for damage or loss of any properties introduced by the exhibitors and/or their agents/contractors. Exhibitors are especially warned that the exhibits are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to whom they belong.
Exhibitors should arrange their own insurance against all risks. The strongest possible precautions against pilferage should be taken at all times.
Please do not fix, screw or drill into the venue’s existing walls or floors. If attaching to the venue columns/walls, please use white-tac only. Charges will apply to any associated damages, as well as paint spillage and failure to remove large items of rubbish.
Exhibitor with a backwall provided by the Organisers are also reminded they will be charged for any damages to their booth through inappropriate fixings, painted panels etc.
Data Protection
When using lead retrieval tool to scan visitors’ badges and collect their personal data (as they disclose and consent to when registering) the exhibitor becomes the Data Controller and is then responsible for the safe and legal use and storage of personal data.
Visitors can – and may – ask to see your data protection policy. Visitors are also within their rights to decline to have their badge scanned by any exhibitor. Further information regarding data protection can be found on the Information Commissioners’ Office website https://ico.org.uk/

Electrics
4 For Everything is the official stand contractor for Advanced Therapies Europe 2026.
If your sponsorship package includes a stand, it will come with 1 x 300W power socket as standard. Should you require any additional electrical services, including extra power sockets, these can be ordered through the exhibitor webshop.
Please ensure all electrical requirements are submitted by the relevant deadline to guarantee availability onsite.

The furniture provided on your stand is linked and pictured below Should you wish to swap or add furniture to your stand, please order through the Webshop at an extra cost.

Insurance
You are reminded that in accordance with your contract terms & conditions you must take out adequate exhibition insurance cover. Please read your exhibition booth Terms and Conditions sent out with your booth contract. Public Liability should be a minimum of £2m for exhibitors and contractors.
You have the option to be included under Clarion's Exhibitor Protection Scheme or you can arrange your own suitable cover.
Whilst we take every precaution, we are not responsible for damage or loss to booth fittings and exhibits and cannot accept any responsibility for damage or loss of any properties introduced by the exhibitors and/or their agents/contractors. We advise you take out adequate insurance to cover your property.
Cancellation & Abandonment insurance to cover your costs and expenses is also highly advisable should you not be able to attend due to adverse weather for example. This is a specialist form of insurance normally only found on a separate Exhibition Policy.
Internet + Wi-Fi
WiFi that supports support emails, videos calls etc will be available at Advanced Therapies Europe 2026.

Rigging
There is no rigging permitted on your stand.
Security
The exhibitor is responsible for all valuables on their stand.
Please ensure you have personnel on your stand at all times or purchase and make use of lockable cupboards. You can order cupboards on the XXX

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the venue aside from our designated smoking areas. This also applies to e-cigarettes and vaping.
Stand Cleaning & Waste Removal
A basic stand clean will be carried out before the event opens.

VISAs
If you require a visa invitation letter, please ensure your registration is completed urgently and then request a visa invitation letter HERE.
Waste Removal
All waste must be fully removed from your stand during breakdown. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional materials, flyers, brochures, packaging, and any other exhibitor-generated waste.
Failure to clear your stand completely may result in dilapidation charges being applied.
IMPORTANT: Any waste left behind that requires removal or additional cleaning will incur a £1,000 re-charge to the exhibitor.
